Type Ol Chiki on Computer

With the advancement of technology, like every language, use of Santali language has also increased by leaps & bounds. With technology there are certain steps which are to be followed in order to get the desired result.

Today, I will be telling you the procedure, How to type  in Ol Chiki Script, on your Desktop PC, Laptop.

NOTE : These steps are for Desktop ONLY.

Requirements
1. A Desktop or Laptop
2. NHM Software
3. An Unicode Santali Font
4. An XML file to pull the font on NHM Writer Software.

Steps
1. Download the required software, font & Xml file.(Click Download link below)

  A. Download  NHM Writer & Download XML file
  
  B. Download  Unicode Santali Font (2 Fonts Included, Use Any ONE)
                  OR
  B. Download  Unicode Santali Font (Sohagee Font)
          
After Downloading all the above,
2. Install the NHM software, then the Unicode Santali Font.
3. Import the XML file into your NHM Software.

Now You can type Santali in Ol Chiki Script in MS Word, Notepad.
