Ritesh Tudu is a Santali film actor, born on 5th April 1984, at Jamshedpur, who has appeared in some succesfull santali films made till now, with no primary education of cinema & as a candidate of 45 day workshop conducted by National School Of Drama (N.S.D.) Delhi, which brought a significant change in him, he is now a well known actor in Santali Film Industry, because of his will, hard work, respect and urge to do something better for Santali cinema. He has done seven films, ten music albums & a documentary film.

He has done films which are mostly of the genre family drama, like Maya Jhali , Mogod Dular (2008), Ansh (2010) & a recent release Dharam Darbar (2014).

Early Life & Carrier
Born to Kinu Suraj Tudu & Paayo Mani Tudu on 5th April 1984, at Jamshedpur, he has done his matriculation from D. A. V. Purulia, & intermediate from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack.
As a youth who once aspired for a management degree, turned up his mind towards cinema, he started his film career in the year 2006, and for this he was requested by the producer to audition in Kolkata for the music of this film, this was his first foray in film world.

He couldn’t complete his graduation because of financial problems, & this event proved to the mile stone for him and after this event he tried his luck in film line, and because of this event, he appeared on film Maya Jhali (2006), with well known actress Mohini Hansda, & directed by Partho Sarthi Joardar, well known bengali film maker.

In the year 2007, he managed to secure a place for the 45 day workshop conducted by National School Of Drama (N.S.D.) Delhi, which brought significant changes in his life, in terms of acting & understanding cinema better.

Fortune was well therefore he have done films which are Mogod Dular (2008), directed by Rani Mardi, under the banner Rahala Entertainment, & Ansh (2010) directed by Mangal Mardi.
He has also done films like Lomokluri, Dela Gaate Dela & Bachchaw which are incomplete & unreleased. He is presently working as a Co-Ordinator in Tata Steel Tribal Cultural Society, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
His recent release is Dhorom Dorbaar (2014), directed by Govind Marndi(N.S.D.).

Personal Life
He got married to Menoka Tudu in the year 2012, and they have a son Swarn Tudu, his wife has also worked with him in an album Akut Jiwi in the highly acclaimed song "Tata Tisco Super Model". His Father-inlaw is Purna Chandra Hansda & mother-inlaw Bina Pani Hansda. His grandfather is Sankho Tudu & grandmother Chita Tudu.

About Family
His father Kinu Suraj Tudu is a Ex-Union Vice President of Tata Steel, Ex-Chairman Store of  Tata Steel & now Principal Of Banam School, situated at Karandih Jaaherthan, run by Tata Steel Tribal Cultural Society, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. His mother is a homemaker.
